We are a worship community in downtown Bethesda, Maryland. We are a diverse, multi-denominational church family that has been a part of the emergent church friendship for years. We gather for worship in a historic building on Sundays at 11am! Our mission is simply stated as being "followers of Christ, and good neighbors in the world!"

A group of friendly women who believe in having fun, socializing while still honoring God in our actions and speech. Being a Christian does not have to be boring! We do fun activities like going to movies, bowling, summer outdoor concerts, plays, conferences etc...We also support each other through prayer! The goal is to establish lasting friendships which offers many rewards, as the bible says "there's a friend that sticks closer than a brother" or [sister].

Calling all queer Christian ladies! Revive DMV is a group that strives to create community for women who are lesbian, bisexual, or transgender and who love Jesus. We'll do that in a variety of ways including eating together, seeing movies, reading a book here and there, praying together, hitting the outdoors, and just generally raising a good old ruckus.

This is a group for anyone interested in prayer, worship and spiritual growth within a context of emerging Christianity. It does not matter where you are in your spiritual journey. If you are someone who is asking questions, or have a desire to grow, or a committed Christian who is looking for a faith community where you can put down roots you are most welcome.

This group is for young Christian women in their 20's and 30's who are looking to connect with other women like themselves, and engage in fun activities, such as informal Bible study/discussions, volunteer projects, dinners, movie nights, dance/fitness classes, day trips, and whatever fun activities you can think of.  The goal is to build friendships and develop a strong support network, as we grow in our walk with God.

This group is for anyone interested in centering prayer, Christian meditation, Lectio Divina, contemplation, early church spirituality, etc. Let's get together for activities such as group meditation, discussion of contemplative Christian texts, contemplative worship, or any other activity or practice emerging from the Christian contemplative tradition.
